The Zhixun Finance APP reported that Huaoyou Energy (01251) has announced that on September 26, 2025, its subsidiary CNG signed an operational cooperation agreement with PIONEER OIL INDONESIA(POI). According to the agreement, CNG has agreed to carry out oil and gas exploration, development, and production activities with POI in a certain area of the Jambungan block in Indonesia.
