(referred to as "Bidease Group"). In order to focus on the main business and improve asset operation efficiency, Hong Kong Click and Bidease Group plan to sign a "Call Option Agreement", to exit the investment in Bidease Group, with a transaction price of 12 million US dollars. If Bidease Group chooses not to exercise or partially exercise the option, Hong Kong Click will continue to hold Bidease Group's equity.
