On the 26th, Li Hongzhong, member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, met in Beijing with a delegation of the French Senate's France-China Friendship Group led by honorary chairman Renaud. Li Hongzhong said that under the strategic guidance of President Xi Jinping and President Macron, high-level exchanges between China and France are close, and the relationship between the two countries is steadily developing.
