Northland Pharmaceutical Industry announced on September 26th that the company plans to issue shares to specific targets through a simplified procedure to raise funds of up to 300 million yuan, for the construction of the Luchibao Pharmaceutical Production Workshop and Intelligent Integrated Warehouse project, the new construction of a 100-ton iodine Meperol and a 50-ton iodine Bilene raw material production line transformation project, and for additional working capital.
