Aerospace Engineering Announcement: The company, as the general contractor/leader of the consortium, intends to sign a total contracting agreement with Shaanxi Coal Group Yulin Chemical Co., Ltd. for the construction of the coal gasification unit of the 15 million tons/year coal clean and efficient conversion demonstration project for olefins, aromatics, and deep processing project in the first phase of the second stage, with a total contract amount of 2.392 billion yuan. The performance of this contract will not affect the independence of the company's business, nor will it create dependence on the parties to the above contract. After the contract is signed and successfully implemented, it will further enhance and consolidate the company's market competitiveness and market share, and positively impact the company's business performance.
