On September 26, 2025, Zhao Ping, director and general manager of Fulichang Pickles Group, resigned due to work adjustment, with his resignation taking effect from the date of notification to the board of directors. After leaving his position, he will serve as a senior manager. As of the date of the announcement, Zhao Ping held 2,210,335 shares of the company and will abide by the regulations on share lock-up and reduction. After Zhao Ping's departure, the board of directors will consist of 9 members, not less than the statutory number.
