The company has received notification from its controlling shareholder and actual controller, Mr. Yan Mengyu and his spouse Ms. Zhao Lin, that they intend to donate the 28,000 shares of Vertex Software (0.14% of the company's share capital) indirectly held through Fuzhou Aipaike Electronics Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Aipaike") to the Beijing Institute of Technology Education Foundation for the construction and development of their alma mater, Beijing Institute of Technology.
