The company will increase its investment in Hainan New Energy Sales by 408,164 RMB with its own funds. After the capital increase, the company's stake in Hainan New Energy Sales will increase from 50% to 51%. Hainan New Energy Sales will be included in the company's consolidated financial statements and become a subsidiary of the company.
