Hailiang Group (002203.SZ) plans to issue H shares and list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The Zhitong Financial APP newsletter, Haoliang Group (002203.SZ) announced that, according to the company's overall development strategy and operational needs, in order to deepen the global strategy, enhance the company's international image and overall competitiveness, and strengthen connection with overseas capital markets, the company plans to issue shares overseas (H shares) and list on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (referred to as "Hong Kong Stock Exchange"). As of now, the company is planning to discuss the relevant work with intermediate agencies regarding the H share issuance and listing, and the details are not yet finalized.
