On September 25, the Internal Market Protection Department of the Eurasian Economic Commission issued Announcement No. 2025/450/AD39, deciding to impose a five-year anti-dumping duty on aluminum foil originating from China. The tax rates are as follows: Xiamen Xashun Aluminum Foil Co., Ltd. at 19.52%, Shanghai Shenhuo Aluminum Foil Co., Ltd. at 17.16%, Jiangsu Dinners New Energy Materials Co., Ltd. and other Chinese manufacturers at 20.24%. At the same time, it is recommended to approve the price commitment proposed by Xiamen Xashun Aluminum Foil Co., Ltd.
