Shenyang Chemical Industry: Chen Shukang resigns as General Manager, Chen Liguo takes over.

On September 26th, Shenyang Chemical announced that the Board of Directors had received the resignation report from the General Manager, Chen Shukang. Chen Shukang resigned from the position of General Manager due to work reasons, but will continue to serve as a member of the Board of Directors and other positions. Chen Shukang's resignation report will take effect upon delivery to the Board of Directors. On the same day, Shenyang Chemical announced that the company held the eighth meeting of the tenth Board of Directors, during which the proposal for appointing the General Manager was approved. After being nominated by the Chairman of the Board of Directors and passing the qualification examination of the Board Nomination Committee, the current Board of Directors agreed to appoint Chen Liguo as the General Manager of the company. His term will begin on the date of approval by this Board of Directors and end on the day the tenth Board of Directors completes its term.
