Xinbo Co., Ltd. has added a new bank credit guarantee of 30 million for its subsidiary.

Recently, Anhui Xinbo Aluminium Industry Co., Ltd. announced that it has provided a joint and several guarantee for a 30 million yuan working capital loan application made by its subsidiary Anhui Xinbo New Energy Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. to the Chuzhou Branch of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank. The "Maximum Guarantee Contract" has been signed. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, the company's guarantee balance for Xinbo New Energy reached 682,556.3 million yuan, and the guarantee balance for all subsidiaries reached 3,465,628.7 million yuan. Xinbo New Energy has a good credit standing, with total assets of 1,614,548.8 million yuan as of June 30, 2025, and a net profit of 4,722.7 million yuan in the first half of the year. The board of directors believes that this guarantee will help the subsidiary to expand its financing channels with manageable risks. The company and its subsidiaries have no overdue external guarantees.
