Today, the Ministry of Transport and 7 other departments issued the implementation opinions on "Artificial Intelligence + Transportation". It mentions the continuous improvement of the governance mechanism for artificial intelligence. It promotes the establishment of a system for the application of artificial intelligence in the field of transportation, including monitoring, safety evaluation, risk warning, and emergency response for artificial intelligence technology, and strengthens risk prevention and control for key algorithms and important data. It also specifies guidelines for the application of artificial intelligence in transportation. Actions to improve standards will be implemented, including the layout of standard norms for large transportation models, the establishment of industry guidelines and access norms for large model construction, and the acceleration of revisions to standards in key areas such as smart driving and smart shipping. Enterprises are encouraged to take the lead in setting standards for new products, new technologies, and new business models in the areas of production, testing, evaluation, intelligent interaction, and operation services.
