By using computing power vouchers, model vouchers, corpus vouchers, and other support methods, it aims to create a demonstration scene of "AI + fashion manufacturing". It encourages cosmetics companies to actively apply for high-tech enterprise designation. It supports the application of new materials and other eligible cosmetic projects for the city's high-tech achievements transformation projects. It strengthens the application of AI computing simulation, non-targeted high-throughput screening, alternative experimental animals, biological loading and gene identification tracing, to improve service capabilities in efficacy component analysis, human efficacy evaluation, safety assessment, and other areas. It supports testing and inspection institutions in obtaining qualifications recognized by foreign accreditation bodies, with a maximum reward of 500,000 yuan; and for qualifications recognized by international authoritative technical organizations, a maximum reward of 1 million yuan is given.
