During the Yunqi Conference, Zhihu announced the completion of the Agentic upgrade, introducing intelligent thinking mode, accurately understanding user intentions for search, research, learning, and creation needs, conducting multiple rounds of search and research until providing precise and high-quality answers. In addition, combining internet searches and knowledge base references, providing traceable content sources in the thinking generation stage to further reduce illusions and enhance credibility. This means that Zhihu's direct answers have evolved from AI search to Agentic assistant, accelerating the community's Agentic process of AI applications. At the same time, Zhihu also announced the opening of the search API for the first time, hoping to allow more trustworthy content to be shared openly.
