It has established a comprehensive support system including phased reduction of social security contributions, stable job retention return for unemployment insurance, and employment and entrepreneurship subsidies. The average annual balance of entrepreneurial loan guarantees is 300 billion yuan, and the average annual expenditure of employment subsidies exceeds 100 billion yuan. The action of promoting employment in advanced manufacturing industries is being implemented, helping to strengthen the development of private economy. Support for the silver economy has created more high-quality job opportunities. The overall employment situation of key groups such as college graduates remains stable, with the scale of rural migrant workers staying above 30 million.
