Weimar Seals announced that Shanghai Fangyi Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership holds 4.437 million shares, accounting for 3.6975%; it plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1.2 million shares through centralized bidding from October 27, 2025 to January 26, 2026, accounting for 1% of the total share capital of the company, and the reduction price shall not be lower than the issuance price adjusted for ex-rights and ex-dividends.
