Prosus' subsidiary OLX Group will acquire French car classifieds platform La Centrale for 1.1 billion euros.

On September 26, the Dutch internet investment company Prosus announced that its classified advertising online platform OLX Group has reached an agreement with Providence Private Equity to acquire the French automotive classifieds platform LaCentrale for 1.1 billion euros. The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of this year.
