According to the Zhixin Finance and Economics App, private residential property prices in Hong Kong have risen for three consecutive months, while rents have risen for nine consecutive months. Data from the Hong Kong Rating and Valuation Department shows that the residential building price index in Hong Kong reached 288.5 in August, with a month-on-month increase narrowing to 0.14%, a nearly 1.2% year-on-year decrease, and a cumulative decrease of 0.2% in the first eight months of the year.
