Baidu Radish has reportedly applied to the Hong Kong authorities to test autonomous driving cars in the Kai Tak and Kowloon Bay areas.

According to Ming Pao, Baidu Luobo Fast Run has applied to Hong Kong authorities to test autonomous driving vehicles in the Kai Tak and Kowloon Bay areas, passing through the youth hostel near the Kai Tak Cruise Terminal, AIRSIDE, and the zero-carbon area outside MegaBox Kowloon Bay. It is expected to consult with the Kwun Tong and Kowloon City District Councils next Monday and Tuesday, and if approved, testing could begin as early as the end of this year.
