On September 26th, the National Energy Administration released the national electricity industry statistics for January to August. By the end of August, the accumulated installed capacity of power generation in the country reached 3.69 billion kilowatts, an increase of 18.0% compared to the same period last year. Among them, the installed capacity of solar power generation was 1.12 billion kilowatts, an increase of 48.5%; the installed capacity of wind power was 580 million kilowatts, an increase of 22.1%. From January to August, the average utilization of power generation equipment in the country was 2105 hours, a decrease of 223 hours compared to the same period last year.
