Universal Music Group Greater China has appointed Lan Guoying as the Head of Legal and Business Affairs.

On September 26th, Universal Music Greater China announced the appointment of Lan Guanying as the head of legal and business affairs for Greater China, with immediate effect. Lan Guanying will report directly to the Chairman and CEO of Universal Music Greater China, Xu Yi. In this newly created position, Lan Guanying will be responsible for all legal and business affairs in Greater China, including commercial and corporate operations. Prior to joining Universal Music Greater China, Lan Guanying served as the Chief Legal Counsel and Senior Vice President of Legal and Business Affairs for Warner Music Asia.
