Guotai Junan Securities Asset Management's 60 funds will be renamed starting on September 29th.

Guotai Haitong Asset Management's latest announcement shows that the company's publicly raised securities investment funds will change their fund names starting from September 29, 2025. The core of the name change is to unify the prefix "Guotai Junan" to "Guotai Haitong", while the fund codes of each fund remain unchanged. This renaming involves a total of 60 funds, including 56 non-publicly raised REITs funds and 4 publicly raised REITs funds. It is reported that Guotai Haitong Asset Management completed the commercial registration change on July 25, 2025, changing the company's legal name from "Shanghai Guotai Junan Securities Asset Management Co., Ltd." to "Shanghai Guotai Haitong Securities Asset Management Co., Ltd."
