Yunnan Tourism Announcement: Recently, the wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Town Cultural Tourism Technology Group Co., Ltd., signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Zhejiang Humanoid Robot Innovation Center Co., Ltd. The two parties will deepen cooperation in three main areas: first, jointly establish a joint innovation laboratory and form a joint research and development team to focus on the core technology research and development of cultural tourism scene robots, overcoming key technical challenges such as high dynamic whole-body coordinated control, multimodal spatial intelligent perception, and situational humanoid interaction; second, promote the landing application of robot products in cultural tourism scenes, focusing on the development of machine dinosaurs and interactive NPC robots suitable for theme parks and scenic spots, as well as retail service robots to enhance the visitor experience, and promote the landing of research and development achievements in the cultural tourism industry; third, establish a talent exchange and joint training mechanism, jointly cultivate professional talents in the field of cultural tourism robots, and inject new energy into the industry development.
