Yiteng Pharmaceuticals' Hong Kong stock listing approved by China Securities Regulatory Commission.

The International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued a notice on the overseas issuance and listing filing of Edding Group Company Limited. The company achieved listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange through a merger with Genor Biopharma Holdings Limited, which simultaneously issued up to 1,883,972,094 ordinary shares.
