Sheng Hui Integration announced on September 25th that the controlling shareholder, Sheng Huei International CO. Ltd., continues to voluntarily commit that from October 13, 2025, for a period of 12 months, Sheng Hui International will not actively reduce its holdings of the company's shares in any way.
