Gansu Energy Chemical:acquisition of 100% equity of storage and transportation company

Gansu Nenghua announcement, the company acquired 100% equity of Gansu Nenghua Coal Storage and Transportation Co., Ltd. held by its related party Gansu Energy Chemical Trading Co., Ltd., with a purchase price of 102 million yuan. The storage and transportation company is mainly engaged in coal storage and supply business, and its 1 million ton storage and distribution coal base has been partially completed and is operational. This acquisition aims to enhance the company's coal storage and supply capabilities, integrate the coal-electricity-chemical industry chain, and address industry competition issues. After the transaction is completed, the storage and transportation company will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
