The Smart Finance APP reports that Guangshen Railway Company Limited (00525.HK) has announced that it has received a written notification from its controlling shareholder, China Railway Guangzhou Group Co., Ltd., who holds approximately 37.12% of the company's issued share capital, proposing the appointment of Ms. Zhong Ning as a non-executive director of the company's tenth board of directors. The Board Nomination Committee has reviewed the proposed candidate and made a recommendation to the board. In accordance with the recommendation of the Board Nomination Committee, the board has resolved to appoint Ms. Zhong as a non-executive director of the tenth board of directors.
