Zhtng Cijng APP news, Borui Pharmaceutical (688166.SH) announced that the company's board of directors received a letter from Mr. Yuan Jiandong, the company's controlling shareholder, actual controller, and chairman, on September 25, 2025, proposing that Borui Biopharmaceutical (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. repurchase company shares. Mr. Yuan Jiandong proposed that the company use its own funds to repurchase shares through centralized bidding transactions, with a total repurchase amount not less than 10 million yuan (inclusive) and not more than 20 million yuan (inclusive), which will be used for equity incentives or employee shareholding plans.
