Mingde Electronics: Wholly-owned subsidiary Mingde has signed a total of 105 million yuan worth of equipment procurement contracts.

Minde Electronics Announcement: The equipment purchased by Minde Procurement, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Minde Electronics, is provided by Guangxin Microelectronics, the production equipment provider for the wafer foundry. Based on the actual production and equipment debugging progress of the project partner Guangxin Microelectronics, some equipment of the second-hand production line imported from overseas will be replaced and supplemented. Since the last equipment procurement matter was approved by the Board of Directors, Minde has signed equipment procurement contracts totaling 105 million yuan.
