Han Jian River and Mountain: Received the administrative supervision measures decision of Beijing Securities Regulatory Bureau.

Han Jianhe Shan announced on September 25th that the company has received a decision from the Beijing Securities Regulatory Bureau to issue a warning letter to Beijing Han Jianhe Shan Management Co., Ltd., Tian Yubo, Sun Xue, Wei Liangbin, and Zhang Haifeng. After investigation, the company was found to have problems such as non-standard financial accounting, failure to disclose major litigation in a standardized manner, and failure to disclose related party transactions in a standardized manner. Chairman and general manager Tian Yubo, board secretary Sun Xue, former finance director Wei Liangbin, and Zhang Haifeng are primarily responsible for the above matters. The Beijing Securities Regulatory Bureau decided to take administrative regulatory measures by issuing a warning letter to the company and related responsible persons, and to include it in the capital market integrity file.
