Tai Xiang Corporation Announcement: Shareholders Jiang Xue and Shiyan Zhongyuan Equity Investment Center plan to transfer a total of 2.645 million shares, accounting for 2.65% of the company's total share capital. Among them, Jiang Xue intends to transfer 2 million shares, accounting for 2.00% of the total share capital of the company; Shiyan Zhongyuan Equity Investment Center intends to transfer 645,000 shares, accounting for 0.65% of the total share capital of the company. The minimum price for this inquiry transfer of shares shall not be less than 70% of the average stock trading price for the 20 trading days prior to the date of sending the subscription invitation letter.
