The 4th Global Digital Trade Expo opened in Hangzhou on September 25th. The "Silk Road E-commerce Cooperation and Development Report" released on the same day shows that there is huge potential for cooperation in the e-commerce industry chain between China and partner countries of the "Silk Road E-commerce". In the field of logistics, China is accelerating the construction of a global overseas warehouse network to enhance supply chain efficiency and resilience. The rapid growth in the number and scale of overseas warehouses signifies a fundamental transformation in China's cross-border logistics model, which is no longer just a simple transit point for goods, but a "supply chain hub" that provides a range of high-value-added services such as warehousing, distribution, after-sales, returns and exchanges in collaboration with local partners, promoting the reconfiguration of cross-border e-commerce supply chains.
