Today, the first pumped storage power station in the southwest region of Zhejiang Province, the Zhejiang Jinyun Pumped Storage Power Station, has achieved full capacity and begun generating electricity. The installed capacity of the power station has reached 1.8 million kilowatts. Up to now, the total installed capacity of pumped storage power stations in China has reached 62.665 million kilowatts, surpassing the target of 62 million kilowatts set in the 14th Five-Year Plan, providing reliable support for the construction of the country's new power system.
