Do not adjust or change the scope of services at will. The National Medical Insurance Administration has released a list of long-term care insurance service projects.
Today, the National Healthcare Security Administration issued the "National Long-term Care Insurance Service Item Catalog". The National Healthcare Security Administration stated that regions newly carrying out long-term care insurance work must strictly adhere to the "Long-term Care Service Item Catalog" to provide services to insured individuals, and must not arbitrarily adjust or change the service scope. The original pilot cities for long-term care insurance that have established local long-term care service item catalogs should do a comparison mapping between the original catalog and the "Long-term Care Service Item Catalog" and gradually standardize them in accordance with national policy requirements over a period of about 3 years. At the national level, based on changes in population demographics and system development, research will be conducted to explore the inclusion of long-term care related intelligent services and supportive auxiliary equipment in the payment scope. According to the introduction, the "Long-term Care Service Item Catalog" specifies a total of 36 service items, categorized as life care items and medical care items. Among them, life care items include daily care and assistance to maintain the basic life abilities of the long-term care insurance benefit recipients, with a total of 20 items; medical care items include basic medical care services closely related to daily care for long-term care insurance benefit recipients, with a total of 16 items.
