Hong Kong digital marketing company PressLogic (PLAI.US) applies for IPO on the US stock market, aiming to raise $12 million.

According to the financial news app Zhitong Financial, PressLogic (PLAI.US), a digital marketing service provider headquartered in Hong Kong, with operations covering Taiwan, submitted documents to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Wednesday, planning to raise up to $12 million in funds through an initial public offering (IPO).
