On September 25, at the opening ceremony of the China Securities and Futures Arbitration Center, Cheng Hehong, the chief lawyer of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), stated in his speech that the CSRC system will continue to provide professional support and protection for securities and futures industry arbitration pilot institutions, including the China Securities and Futures Arbitration Center, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Opinions on Carrying out Securities and Futures Industry Arbitration Pilot Projects". Specifically, efforts will be made to strengthen professional support for pilot arbitration institutions such as Beizhong. Encouraging exchanges, industry associations, and other entities to enhance communication and collaboration with pilot arbitration institutions, establish information sharing mechanisms for securities and futures dispute resolution, and strengthen coordination in business consulting and regulatory policy communication. Supporting pilot arbitration institutions in developing professional arbitration rules that are in line with the basic laws and principles of the securities and futures market and tailored to the characteristics of the securities and futures industry.
