JD announces patents related to robot control

The Qichacha app shows that recently, JD Technology Information Technology Co., Ltd.'s patent for "robot control method, system, device, computer-readable medium, and product" has been published. The patent abstract from Qichacha shows that one specific implementation of this method includes: receiving image data streams sent by a robot through a communication connection; generating a re-encoded image data stream based on the above image data stream; sending the re-encoded image data stream to a head-mounted display device through the communication connection for display on the head-mounted display device; receiving pose data sent by the head-mounted display device; generating control information for the corresponding robot based on the pose data; sending the control information to the robot for controlling its movement. This implementation is related to smart robots, simplifying devices, reducing device costs and complexity, improving operational flexibility and accuracy, supporting complex operations, and enhancing the immersive experience effect.
