Long Guang Group: Creditors holding more than 80% of overseas debt have joined the revised overall creditors' support agreement.

The Longfor Group announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that over 80% of its overseas creditors holding the principal amount of the company's debt have agreed to join the revised overall creditor support agreement. Note: Earlier this month, the Longfor Group announced that a group of creditors agreed to revise the overall creditor support agreement.
