Chongqing: By 2027, plans to build at least 2 city-level industrial bases for the recycling and utilization of power batteries.

The Chongqing Municipal Development and Reform Commission has openly solicited opinions on "Several Policy Measures to Support the High-Quality Development of the Power Battery Recycling Industry". Among them, it is proposed to support the construction of power battery recycling and utilization industry bases in industrial parks, development zones, and other industrial parks with relatively good industrial development foundations, integrating collection, storage, transportation, testing, disassembly, and comprehensive utilization. By 2027, more than 2 city-level power battery recycling and utilization industry bases will be built.
