Chongqing: Plans to build two or more city-level industrial bases for the recycling and reuse of power batteries by 2027.

The Chongqing Development and Reform Commission solicited opinions on the "Several Policy Measures to Support the High-quality Development of the Power Battery Recycling and Utilization Industry" on the 25th. It proposed to support the construction of power battery recycling and utilization industry bases in industrial parks such as development zones and industrial parks with good industrial development foundations, integrating recycling, storage, transportation, testing, disassembly, and comprehensive utilization. By 2027, it aims to build more than two municipal-level power battery recycling and utilization industry bases.
