According to the China Trade Remedy Information Network, on September 24, the U.S. International Trade Commission announced that it had made a final ruling on section 337 regarding specific glass substrates used for liquid crystal displays and their downstream products, as well as the methods for producing such substrates. The Commission decided not to review the initial ruling made by the administrative law judge on September 9, 2025, meaning that the investigation into VIZIO, Inc. of Irvine, CA was terminated based on a settlement.
