The China Futures Market Surveillance Center stated that, since the beginning of this year, the open interest in the options market has repeatedly reached new highs, reaching a historical high of 13.48 million contracts on August 6th. At the same time, the pace of listing new varieties has accelerated, and the futures and options industry chain is becoming increasingly complete. Since the beginning of the year, 7 options varieties have been successively listed, with a total of 62 options varieties currently listed. The energy and agricultural products sectors have already achieved full coverage of major futures and options varieties.
