The company plans to issue no more than 144 million shares to controlling shareholder Xinjiang Rongneng at a price of 4.59 yuan per share. The total amount of funds raised from this issuance to specific targets will not exceed 662 million yuan (including the principal), and after deducting related issuance expenses, it will be used entirely to supplement working capital.
