Zhixin Finance News APP, Zhaojin Mining (01818.HK) announced that Zhaojin Mining Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Issuer") has registered the issuance of the 2025 fifth tranche of technology innovation bonds of Zhaojin Mining Co., Ltd. with the China Interbank Market Dealers Association. Industrial Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Industrial Bank") is the lead underwriter and bookkeeper for this issuance of technology innovation bonds, while China CITIC Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CITIC Bank") is the co-lead underwriter for this issuance of technology innovation bonds. The registered amount of the bond is RMB 10 billion with an issuance amount of RMB 1 billion and a maturity period of 182 days.
