Recently, Shanghai GeLun Electronics Co., Ltd., participated in the establishment of an investment fund called Shanghai LinKe XunLun Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership Enterprise, completed the private placement fund filing and business registration change, with GeLun Electronics registered as a limited partner. Previously, the company's related resolutions were approved by the board of directors and shareholders' meeting, agreeing to collectively contribute no more than 250 million yuan in subscribed shares as a limited partner. Currently, the contribution amount of the investment fund has increased from 1.0001 billion yuan to 13.371421 billion yuan. GeLun Electronics has subscribed 1.927089 billion yuan, accounting for 14.4120%. However, investment funds have a long investment cycle, low liquidity, and carry risks such as lower-than-expected returns and inability to exit in a timely manner.
