Huaan Securities Holding's controlling shareholder unanimously transferred all the company's shares held without compensation.

On the evening of September 24, Huatai Securities announced that Anhui Energy Group, a concerted action person of the company's controlling shareholder Anhui Guokong Group, will transfer all of its approximately 125 million shares of Huatai Securities to Wanneng Capital for free. Wanneng Capital is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Anhui Energy Group. Before this free transfer, Anhui Energy Group held 2.68% of the total share capital of Huatai Securities. After this free transfer is completed, Anhui Energy Group will no longer hold any shares of Huatai Securities, and Wanneng Capital will hold approximately 125 million shares of Huatai Securities, accounting for 2.68% of Huatai Securities' total share capital.
