On the evening of September 24, Hongta Securities announced that the company had received a notification from its shareholder Yunnan Provincial Investment Holdings Group Co., Ltd., holding more than 5% of the shares, that, after consultation, Yunnan Investment Group and Yunnan Yuntou Investment Management Co., Ltd. have decided to terminate the previously signed share transfer agreement and cancel the non-public agreement share transfer transaction and related follow-up work.
