Tibet Tourism (600749.SH) terminates major asset reorganization transaction.

China Fortune Financial news app reported that Tibet Tourism (600749.SH) issued an announcement on September 24, 2025, stating that the company held its ninth board of directors meeting and approved the proposal to terminate the major asset restructuring, as well as other related proposals. The company agreed to terminate the purchase of 60% equity of Beihai Xinyiyu Cruise Co., Ltd. held by New Orleans Holdings Investment Co., Ltd. in cash. On the same day, the company signed a termination agreement with the counterparty regarding this transaction.
