Alibaba Cloud releases the new generation of Pangu 128 Super Node AI server.

At the 2025 Yunqi Conference, Alibaba Cloud unveiled the new generation of Pangu 128 super node AI server, which is independently developed and designed by Alibaba Cloud. It supports multiple AI chips and can accommodate 128 AI computing chips in a single cabinet. The Pangu super node integrates Alibaba's self-developed CIPU 2.0 chip and EIC/MOC high-performance network cards, adopts an open architecture, can achieve Pb/s-level Scale-Up bandwidth and hundred ns ultra-low latency. Compared to traditional architectures, the inference performance can be increased by 50% with the same AI computing power.
